28th Test

Juniors and seniors there's the test criteria for the test on 28th May :)

JUNIORS - Both female and males is to complete 80 PUSH UPS and 200 ABS EXERCISES
SENIORS - Criteria will be the same as previous test, here

The physical test for you guys is just the push-ups and abs exercises that you've been doing for the past few weeks. Work hard on that and do go to the gym. Approach the seniors to consult on how to gym and what to gym.

Vesak Day

Successful Vesak Day outing with the Blazers planned by our awesome organisers George and Celine :)

This is the Blazers's boys favourite hang out place!
They came 6 days straight in a row but they are still not sick of playing.

One whole day filled with fun, laughters and happiness with at least half of Blazers. Hope all those that turned up had fun and enjoyed themselves because I did :D And those that couldn't turn up it's ok because there are more outings coming up soon after the mid-sem test! Meanwhile train hard and study hard Blazers!!!
We can all do this together as we're a team ☺♥☺♥☺

As this coming Tuesday 17th May is a Vesak Day public holiday, there will be no training.
However training day is moved to Wednesday 18th May.
Same time, same place, same attire, don't be late.

Physical Test

Hi Blazers, please do take note that there is an upcoming physical test on Sat's training (14th May) and below are the following requirements..
GUYS:


Military press - 3 sets, 7 X 50 KG 
Dead lifts - 3 sets, 7 X 1.6x
Squats - 3 sets, 7 X 1.6x 
Pull ups - 3 X 10

Stretching - Body posture "Resist" 


GIRLS:
Heel stretch - 1 X 5counts of 8
Flexibility - Leg straight, hip front (Proper body posture)
Back bent - 10 reps (Without assist)

Leg press - 16 plates 3 X 7
Dips - 3 X 15 sets
Handstand - 3 X 60s
Push ups - 2 X 20

Orientation week

Here's the first week of orientation and we warmly welcome our freshies to join TP Blazers :)

Please take note for that this Saturday 7th May 2011 training is for seniors only!
Those juniors who are keen can still come down to take a look at our training,
