Hey guys!
Training has resume, so I hope you guys would really use this time to work on your physical. Remember, you have only one month to meet your target.

So here are the targets:


Guys:
· Military Press [Shoulder Press] (3 sets of 7) (Olympic Bar + 12.5kg each side)
· Dead lift (3sets of 5) (1.5times of own weight)*
· Half Squats (3sets of 7) (1.5times of own weight)*
· Pull-ups (3sets of 10)


*All weights are inclusive of the Bar (Olympic Bar) itself [20kg].


Girls:
· Leg Press (3 sets of 7) (10 plates)
· Dips (3sets of 10) (No assist)
· Handstand (3 sets of 30s) (Two finger support)
· Push up (20 standards)

Please work hard to achieve your targets. And also note that there is a change of rules.
For trainings, you can wear any Blazers colour (Red, Black, White) regardless of the day, unless you're otherwise stated or told.
