- Military Press [Shoulder Press] (3 sets of 7) (Olympic Bar + 12.5kg each side)
- Dead lift (3sets of 5) (1.2 times of own weight)*
- Half Squats (3sets of 7) (1.2 times of own weight)*
- Pull-ups (3sets of 10)
*All weights are inclusive of the Bar (Olympic Bar) itself [20kg].
Junior girls
- Leg Press (3 sets of 7) (10 plates)
- Dips (3sets of 10) (No assist)
- Handstand (3 sets of 30s) (Two finger support)
- Push up (20 standards)
