New goals for July!

16TH JULY TEST:

Senior guys - 100% TTH EXTENSION CLOSE LEG
Senior girls -  BTOSS LAYOUT (Top top compulsory, midtiers optional)


Junior guys
  • Military Press [Shoulder Press] (3 sets of 7) (Olympic Bar + 12.5kg each side)
  • Dead lift (3sets of 5) (1.2 times of own weight)*
  • Half Squats (3sets of 7) (1.2 times of own weight)*
  • Pull-ups (3sets of 10)
*All weights are inclusive of the Bar (Olympic Bar) itself [20kg].

Junior girls
  • Leg Press (3 sets of 7) (10 plates)
  • Dips (3sets of 10) (No assist)
  • Handstand (3 sets of 30s) (Two finger support)
  • Push up (20 standards)

Work hard Blazers, we'll improve further as a team!
Lastly, there'll be an exchange progame with Denvers on the 23rd July (SAT) only those eligible can go! ;) Jiayou!
