Hey people,
Do rest well after today's training and hope everyone learns something new.
As for those who did not get selected to be in the performance, do not be disheartened coz if you guys improve fast enough, there's still chance for u to take part in competitions.

Everyone can over-take anyone in cheer. it's jsut a matter of how much effort u put in to improve yourself.

As for those girls who wants to fly but cannot due to weight/height or whatever reasons, there is no need to cry over it. Being a base is not as bad as you think it is. The bases are the most important during a stunt. They are the 'foundation' of the stunt.
It's just like a building. Only a building with a good foundation can stand strong.

As for those who were selected for the performance, do not be so cocky or be too proud. If you guys think that u get selected coz you're better, you are right. but if you guys do not improve further and others over take you, you can just forget about competing.

Cheerleading is a very competitive sport. One must keep improving and upgrading his skills to survive. It is just like in our normal life. Why are people who are at their 40's 50's taking up new skills like computing and all? they are trying to improve themselves further to find a better job. Agree?

So guys and girls, please do not be upset over things you do not get to do. Work hard for it and your hard work will pay off.

If any of you got things to tell or talk about, please feel free to contact me.

Take care and rest well!!! drink more water!

Here is a video to show you how much you want to achieve is determined by how much effort and time you put in!

The biggest and strongest competitor you will ever face is none other than you yourself!
JIAYOU PEOPLE!

NEVER GIVE UP AND DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE IN TO FAILURES!
